Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order you must do so within 24 hours of your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your item please contact us within 5 days of receipt to request a refund authorization. All custom items are final sale. Items are inspected prior to shipment. It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect the product for defects upon receipt. Damaged goods due to buyer neglect will not be accepted for refund. Used or worn products will not be accepted. Returns must be received within 14 days, must be in unused condition in the state you received them and in the original packaging.

Shipping Policies

Once your order is made our goal is to ship within 48 hours by USPS First Class. You will receive a tracking number once shipped that can be tracked at www.usps.com. Please allow 5-7 business days to receive your shipment (inside the U.S). International shipping will be shipped priority mail but can take from 2 - 3 weeks (up to 4 during holidays) to clear customs and arrive at your destination, so plan accordingly. Once your package leaves the U.S. we cannot track it. If your package appears to be delayed you will need to contact your local Post Office once it enters your country.

If your order is placed after 12 O'clock noon Eastern Time on a Friday your package may not ship until Monday. Please be aware that items may not ship on the weekends or Holidays. You will be notified when your item(s) has shipped.

Additional Information

All items are original handcrafted designs. Our intention is for the photo of the item to be as accurate as possible, however please make considerations for color variations depending on the settings on your computer monitor and pay close attention to the item description.
